Pilgrimage to Lourdes

St Michael’s students join the Westminster Diocese Pilgrimage to Lourdes as Redcaps

During the summer holidays, a group of Year 11 and Year 13 students travelled to Lourdes to act as Redcaps. Their duties included assisting elderly and sick pilgrims from the Westminster Diocese who would not otherwise be able to visit Lourdes, and being part of the Ceremonies Team, carrying banners and singing in the choir. Their enthusiasm and energy helped make Lourdes a positive and memorable experience for everyone involved.
