My two years at St Michael’s were some of the most formative and enjoyable years of my life. Beyond its academic strength, I decided to join its sixth form for two reasons which stemmed from my open day experience: the genuine passion the teachers demonstrated and the warm community atmosphere which St Michael’s fostered. I distinctly remember leaving the open day grinning ear to ear as I felt I had found a place where I could fulfil my potential. Some of my fondest memories include representing the school as Head Boy, participating in inter-school maths competitions and afternoons spent with the incredible friends I had made. Since graduating, I have gone on to study Economics at Homerton College, Cambridge, and will be starting my graduate job next year at Credit Suisse in their UK Investment Banking team. I loved my two years at St Michael’s and I am grateful to have been a part of, perhaps its most unique asset, its embracing community.
