Key Stage 5

In Year 12 the normal course of study is four Advanced Subsidiary subjects and in Year 13 three subjects at A2 Level.  The following subjects are taught to Advanced Level:  Christian Theology, English, History, Geography, Economics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Art, Music, Latin, French, Spanish, German, Classical Civilisation, Business Studies, Design Technology, Food Science, Drama, Psychology, Sociology, PE., Politics and Media Studies, each year according to need and staff availability.  Girls are also prepared for the Oxford and Cambridge entrance examinations.  All students in the sixth form follow a Religious Education course.  In Year 12 the girls follow a structured General Studies programme which comprises study skills, careers education and personal and social development.  European Work Experience and Community Service are also arranged for Years 12 and 13.

The school is very well equipped with an up-to-date Maths/I.C.T. suite, including six Science Laboratories, three Technology Laboratories, a Computer Suite, a Language Laboratory, a Library, a Music Suite, a Sports Hall, a large Hall well equipped for  Drama, Art and Craft Rooms and other practical rooms.  There is a fully equipped Sixth Form Centre resourced with full Information Technology access.

Boys (who meet our entrance criteria) were admitted to our 6th Form in September 2009. Applicants should have attended our 'Into the Sixth Form' evening. If you missed our Open Evening you can still download our 6th Form Information Booklet and the Application Form.

Our successful 6th Form collaboration with Finchley Catholic High School for boys enables us to offer an exceptionally high number of AS and A-level courses, many within mixed gender groups.
